Flavoursome, works perfectly in bolognese sauces, chilli, meat balls or homemade burgers.
Knocks socks off supermarket venison and competitively priced.

I’ve been buying venison from Chart farm for many years now and always tastes delicious and a healthy option also. The deer have a natural grass fed diet and stress free environment during their life which is important to me. I was brought up as a child on a small holding in the 1970s and my late parents made animal welfare their priority.
This mince is especially useful (as per the previous review) for home made chilli ( add chopped walnuts and black beans to extend it) burgers , meat balls etc. The diced venison is also amazing in a slow cooker!!
