The main breed of beef we sell is The Hereford, which is grass fed and sourced locally.  We choose this breed because it ages very well and has the perfect marbling of fat. It is also a very soft and succulent tasting meat. We have been selling Hereford Beef from when our shop first opened and have always had great feedback. The beef we sell is dry aged for 21-28 days, this can be increased on request. (We also sell local Longhorn beef too which produces a vey succulent full flavour meat.)
